High-Stepping for Hitler

There is such a crossover of membership, beliefs, and sometimes cooperative projects among conservative, far-right, and extremist-right groups that it is difficult to find clear dividing lines. Some groups concentrate on propaganda; others concentrate on threats; and still others are committed to actual violence. In this chapter we propose to deal with some of those groups that may foment violence through their rhetoric but are not, in themselves, organized for actual violence or do not include such actions in their agendas.
