ABSTRACT
The start of a new scientific theory is a revolution. It occurs because a crisis forced a scientist to develop a new conceptual scheme, a new paradigm, for all the concepts of nature. Whereas Bloom writes in detail about the start of a poetry in relation to the previous one--analyzing the meaning of many lines and comparing the poems-- Kuhn does not do something similar for science. The discussions are more general.
