ABSTRACT

One of the key challenges for coaches in sport is developing both individual and team decision making skills. The first part of the meeting reviewed the work which had been done to date. The second part of the meeting contextualised the focus for the attacking centres in context of the work which would be undertaken in the holding camp. The chapter can only briefly highlight and explore some of the key issues identified in the paper, but it is hoped it will contribute to informing the development of DM within coaching practice.
