ABSTRACT
Saturn grew from a trader in imported piping accessories to a designer and manufacturer. It faced very tough times owing to family partition, employee spin-offs, accidents at the customer location, changes in materials used, and sickness in the industry. However it survived all these from time to time. The firm is now facing competition from some of the larger players and is considering various options for growth.
