ABSTRACT
It is said that warmth from people can do wonders in times of crises. Howeverequally important is that the society accepts the challenge of educating, training and rehabilitating physically challenged children. It is with this objective that Apang Manav Mandal was set up by Kanubhai Mehta who himself was physically challenged.
