Shelley, Hellas (1822); General Weekly Register, June 30, 1822, pp. 501-503. The reviewer claims to be unbiased politically, but he is reactionary in his poetics. He is a young man, I would judge, by his reference in the final sentence to the “former fame” of Shelley, who had been in the public eye only since about 1816.
