GENERAL CHRONICLE AND LITERARY MAGAZINE, a London monthly, published six volumes in 1811 and 1812. In the final two consecutive issues, reviews treating Byron’s works led the reviewing section of the magazine – the only two reviews within the scope of The Roman tics Reviewed.
