ABSTRACT
The South China Sea is a maritime area full of disputes on sovereignty, sovereign rights, traditional and non-traditional security issues and marine space utilization, including fisheries and environmental protection. In other words, the South China Sea is essential for the regional and international stability of food, economies, maritime transportation and so on.
