ABSTRACT

In the strategic domain the ongoing development of open skies agreements with the United States and the European Union are currently the most significant of these numerous initiatives given the fact, that these parties occupy key roles in the international aviation industry. They are also being currently recognized for their innovative leadership in the attempts being made to plan the development of a more liberalized and open world aviation market. The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) is on record, as earlier comments have indicated, as reporting that by the end of 2006 the People's Republic of China (PRC) government had signed off on some. As with a group of countries that included Afghanistan, Algeria and Burma amongst the various signatory partners. In addition the PRC is actively involved with the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries of Southeast Asia, in what has been a significantly long-term search for a bilateral free trade agreement.
