ABSTRACT
Information and communications technologies (ICT) and products are used by people all over the world and in a great variety of cultural milieux. This chapter sets out to raise some considerations concerning the broader cultural setting of cyber security, including the factors that may lead to forms of what may be called cyber conflict and may even result in what has been labelled as cyber warfare.
