Education futures in Africa
WithOla Uduku

The sixth and final chapter of the book provides the reader with an examination of and reflection on the effects of the more than century-long development of school design across Africa. It seeks specifically to consider how the past design and provision challenges from African school history, such as large class sizes and the difficulty of providing schools in remote locations, remain critical to contemporary discussions about the need to develop appropriate and relevant design practices to respond to school provision and design challenges for African schools in the 21st century.
