ABSTRACT
What previous studies seem to show is that identical roads can be experienced differently by different road users, and this interface can be mutually reinforcing or conflicting. From an experimental perspective, motorcyclists offer an independent variable of sufficient strength to be able to observe such effects directly in a naturalistic setting.
