ABSTRACT
Before 1912, Wright was involved primarily with designing houses, apartments, and recreational facilities for independent land speculators and housing developers. Regardless, if his theoretical notions were to obtain credibility and to be of value, and if his philosophy was to be understood as competent and enduring, he would need to apply the same principles and methodology to all of his creative works.
