ABSTRACT
By the advice-boat which left here on the 6th instant I reported our arrival in this port and on the gth at nine oclock at night the second advice-boat came in, which was sent with Your Majesty's of May gth written from San Lorenzo. As soon as I received it we met in council to consider our departure.
