ABSTRACT

The NLP model set out in Chapter 3 described the way we think in terms of our five senses. We also call these modalities, or representational systems. They determine how we represent the world around us. They comprise seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting and smelling. We all use our representational systems continuously. In combination, they heighten experience, motivate, or record an unforgettable memory just as in real, multi-sensory life. Chapter 8 deals with this central aspect of NLP.
