ABSTRACT

Before I start to talk about modern regulation, I would like to go back more than 2,000 years to the human history in the times of ancient Greece. I would like to tell a story about Aristotle, a Greek philosopher, scientist and the teacher of Alexander the Great. Aristotle was, possibly, the greatest scientist who has ever lived on the planet. He is one of the founders of Western philosophy, as well as the person whose interests covered many scientific areas (from physics, geology, mathematics and logic to biology and linguistics).
