In Chapters 3, 4 and 5, I described the project, the specific features of the project-oriented organization, the project personnel and the challenges project work bring and in doing so I have created a comprehensive picture of the project-oriented organization. In this chapter, I relate the HRM system to the project-oriented organization. To do that, I introduce a working model based on social system theory as theoretical lens. The working model serves the purpose of observing the HRM system for the project-oriented organization. The Working Model: HRM system in the context of project-oriented organization is described with propositions.
