I use the Working model: HRM system in the context of a project-oriented organization to analyse the HRM system in the specific context of a company that developed itself from a former stateowned hierarchical bureaucracy towards a project-oriented company. Thus, this chapter firstly contributes descriptions of the elements of the model in the context of different phases of projectorientation of a company. This allows for comparison of the HRM system in different contexts of project-orientation and for reflection on how and why adaptions in the HRM structures occurred.
