This chapter discusses the results of the research study into constructing a viable HRM system for the project-oriented organization in order to raise the HR-related potential that projects can bring. While the goal of the working model (in Chapter 2) was to provide a structure to analyse a HRM system in the context of the project-oriented organization, the final Model: project-oriented HRM system serves as one possible way of describing a viable HRM system for the project-oriented organization. To discuss the Model: Project-oriented HRM system I further develop the propositions of Chapter 6 based on the empirical findings, which were presented in Chapters 7 and 8.
