ABSTRACT
Oil Fields Traders LLC is found using a search engine and reveals an intermediary who has been offering all sorts of things as a seller, and applying flawed trading methods. The Primary Intermediary Agent (PIA) already suspects that the deal is Rubbish Fodder (RF), but will spend a few minutes on the internet to conduct due diligence using the information provided. A direct reply from the wine maker with prices attached gives the PIA the explicit right to be able to offer the goods for sale on the global market as a seller. Over the years FTN Exporting has received pleas of assistance from intermediaries who have accepted a transferable instrument for goods before finding out that they were falsely offered. Receiving the funds for a deal which then collapses and loses the PIA a considerable amount of commission is at the very least disheartening.
