ABSTRACT

A classic question that spontaneously pops up when a new text appears on the subject of leadership is what is possibly left for anyone to add to the existing plethora of similar publications. Reversing the question here is meant to bring out the lack of a thorough representation of a social behaviour that we either fail to dene appropriately or seem to consistently fail to master its application. While the latter might seem evident from the thousands of years of political and economic conict, the former is not an insignicant realization and deserves proper attention.
