ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on illustrating actions individuals at all levels to implement the ideas. Lying and cheating is a strategy that will only work in the short-term as the truth will out and when it does the leader's position is undermined significantly. By being honest people build the next of people important factors. Trust is a fragile and precious thing as with it people do not have to work on their own, but are able to realise the benefits of true collaborative working. Real trust takes a great deal of time to build, though, and can be destroyed in an instant. Problem solving in individual, group and societal levels needs to be in the context of today's global realities. People all live in the global village and the age of information has shrunk time and distance. The significant challenges people face on the planet are big, global issues that cannot be solved with quick fixes, easy solutions and short-term focus.
