ABSTRACT

This chapter deals with the lm and original musical accompaniment for Douglas Fairbanks in Robin Hood (Dwan, 1922), the story of a great ambition compromised by fraud (or incompetence or both). At the outset, it must be said that Fairbanks was more interested in chivalry than the trickster outlaw.1
