ABSTRACT
The concept of mobility cannot be analysed without dealing with its built-in normativity, including ethics. Mobility is not a neutral term, not even if we frame a technical definition. It will always have moral implications. However, I will not analyse the moral implications of different mobility concepts in this article. Instead, the idea behind this work is to propose an ethical framework, which is argued to be suitable for a discourse on mobility.
