ABSTRACT
Housing reform and social security reform are two key elements of our overall reform in the near future. Many municipalities have already made housing reform their primary focus as they plan their economic structural reforms. Housing is a major supporting pillar in our strategy to increase and to restructure consumption. Increasing the size and quality of living quarters will also serve to increase the amounts of other types of products that are consumed. Having the public participate in funding the development of our housing industry is one path well worth considering.
