ABSTRACT

Daniels wanted to do an assessment of Qwenchy’s culture, now that the organization had matured and had “gone global.” When they had done their original assessment using the THT Consulting cultural model early in the company’s life, the executive team all agreed they wanted to keep their culture appropriate for the context they operated within and eff ective in achieving their goals. Daniels wanted to do two things: fi rst, have a management symposium on culture and, second, reconvene the global task force that he had been using to globalize HR programs in order to gain their perspectives.
