ABSTRACT

You can add camera movement in the composite. This may be useful for adding a sense of depth to an otherwise static shot. This is one reason that compositing programs have added 3D environments. The environments possess 3D cameras, lights, materials, and support for geometry. Although this capacity is often used for motion graphics, it can be equally useful for visual effects work. Eventually, the 3D work must be combined with the 2D portions of the composite but both After Effects and Fusion make this an easy process.
