ABSTRACT
I am a Senior Lecturer in Post-Compulsory Education (PCE) at the University of Wolverhampton. In this chapter, I share some of my research in to my experiences of being a tutor observer on the Post-Graduate Certificate in Post-Compulsory Education course. First, I contextualize my research by explaining the nature of that course and my role within it. I then outline key milestones in my career in order to introduce my strong personal motivation for exploring my research focus. That focus is lesson observation feedback on the teacher education course (PGCE in PCE).
