ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on sources of feedback to students other than the teacher: feedback from the learners themselves (self-assessment), feedback from peers, and feedback from computers. It discusses the idea that all sources of feedback can be important parts of the regulation of learning if done effectively and how effective feedback is operationalized differently depending on the sources.
