ABSTRACT

The Journal of School Psychology has a large international authorship and readership. The Journal of School Psychology publishes scientific research relevant to the field of school psychology. The aim of the Journal of School Psychology is to promote science and advance knowledge in research and practice relevant to the field of school psychology. Research that is focused on educators and mental-health professionals in schools is also within the scope of the journal, but typically these studies also include data on youth or the results are highly impactful for youth in schools. The journal has an editor-in-chief, a consulting editor, ten associate editors, and one senior statistical and methodological advisor in addition to the editorial board. The editor-in-chief reviews all manuscripts submitted prior to assigning each manuscript to an associate editors (AE) to facilitate blinded peer review. Authors are also welcome to email the editor-in-chief prior to submission to determine relevance.
