ABSTRACT
The inspiration and motivation for writing a book would be difficult to conjure without having a group of friends to bounce ideas off, to listen to, and learn from. In this chapter, I revisit old friends and think with some new folks in my 95circle of colleagues. I share notes from conversations stretching several years in order to inform different aspects of art room practice. The beauty is in the details. The off-the-cuff remarks and juicy personal reminiscences suggest how to set up and conduct a design-innovation oriented art class.
