ABSTRACT
Before we end this book in terms of the patient journey model and move on to its application, we will present the “storyline” based on one of the only longterm qualitative investigations of living with hearing loss. This chapter will provide insights into experiences of persons with hearing loss (PHLs) as a whole journey based on real narratives and examples.
