ABSTRACT
This chapter begins with a memorandum from me to the head of a fictitious political consulting firm requesting a critique of the preceding ten chapters of this volume. The response from the head of the consulting firm analyzes the formulation of problems, solutions, and strategies and also comments on the rhetoric of the authors’ presentations.
