ABSTRACT
The Act does not apply to takeover bids which pertain to shares which have been issued by the offeror.
The provisions of this Act in respect of shares shall also apply to a shareholder’s rights vis-à-vis a party holding shares on his or her behalf (depositary receipts). SFS 2006:451.
