On Regulations and Curriculum in General Education *

In the April 7 editorial of this newspaper ("The Problem of Transforming General Education in the Base Areas"), we suggested a general principle for the reform of education in the base areas. We will now attempt to express our opinion again, this time with regard to the question of regulations and curriculum.
