ABSTRACT
Discourse is a form of communication with the unique feature of being dynamic and occurs naturally during a speaker’s use of language. A comprehensive and systematic record of a communication between a speaker and a listener can ensure effective studying of the verbal as well as non-verbal interactions involved.
