ABSTRACT
Marcie R. Rendon is enrolled in White Earth Anishinabe, a playwright, poet, performance artist, and freelance writer. She has four published plays, two non-fiction children’s books, with poems and short stories in numerous anthologies. Her first novel, Murder on the Red River, was published in 2017 with Cinco Puntos Press. Her plays have been published in Performing Worlds into Being: Native American Women’s Theater, Footpaths & Bridges: Voices from the Native American Women Playwrights Archive , and Keepers of the Morning Star: An Anthology of Native Women’s Theater .
