ABSTRACT

The present chapter provides the results of an analysis conducted across the industries studied in this book. Its purpose is to determine whether the way MNCs enact diversity differs across business sectors. The last part of the chapter provides details on a new theoretical and practical approach to diversity engagement that can be used in future research studies on diversity engagement and applied by MNCs. The framework was developed based on the findings discussed in previous chapters as well as the implications of the cross-industry analysis presented in the next paragraphs.
