ABSTRACT

Supervision is an integral part of a therapist’s professional development. With the growth of solution focused brief therapy (SFBT) in Asia, the need for SF supervision will most likely increase. It is hard to imagine any professional not appreciating supervision as a form of on-going support and training, especially given the oft-cited quote of Insoo Kim Berg, ‘easy to learn but hard to do’ (Connie & Metcalf, 2009, p. 179).
