ABSTRACT
In 2011 the case managers (CM) at the Early Psychosis Intervention Programme (EPIP) at the Institute of Mental Health in Singapore (a large psychiatric hospital) attended an introduction to solution-focused (SF) therapy course. To build on this training and help the CMs put the skills learnt into practice, I was asked by the team manager to start an SF supervision group.
