ABSTRACT
As a solution focused coach from Jakarta, I’ve worked with business owners, corporate executives, government offi cials and CEOs in Indonesia and across other parts of Asia. In this chapter I will discuss the coaching process I have used and how solution focused coaching has impacted the executives I have worked with: the positive differences it has made in their work and family life and the ripple effect it has had on the organisations they lead.
