ABSTRACT
Section 6 consists of 18 very short subsections. It, along with the Code of Practice, comprises the law on adjudication. Section 7 deals with the entitlement to suspend work for failure to comply with an adjudicator’s decision; section 8 provides for a panel of adjudicators being appointed by the Minister; and section 9 entitles the Minister to publish a Code of Practice governing the conduct of adjudications under section 6. These provisions comprise the skeletal framework for adjudication.
