ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we answer the question: Who are the major non-Mainland competitors of Hong Kong in the offshore RMB business? Our answer is as follows:
• London is the leading non-Mainland offshore RMB center, aided by London’s well-established position as an international financial center (IFC) and favorable government policy support.
