ABSTRACT
All pupils should be included in technology lessons regardless of their skill level. Some may question the value of ‘supported practical work’. D&T is a valuable subject that teaches an understanding of the how the world works. It also enables pupils to plan and evaluate the practical work carried out under their direction, an essential life skill for some people with cerebral palsy.
