ABSTRACT
Sharon is a teacher educator who participated in our community. In anticipation of her participation in the first year of our community, she expressed her expectations of the group leader:
I think it could be great if we could share ideas about how . . . to teach this. I am looking forward to that. Just to be able to have a discussion with other teacher educators: “Well you want to teach this skill, so how do you do it?” I would love that. So this [group], I would hope, gives me a chance to learn from other people, get ideas . . . and share my experience so they can learn from me .
