ABSTRACT
Being able to have a high-functioning classroom is essential to being effective. Centring on students is something all teachers have in common. Though classes and clientele may vary, every teacher has teacher-pleaser students as well as those who challenge our patience and abilities. Generalizing about principals is one thing. But now a specific administrator is a supervisor. Potentially they hired, evaluate, and are in a role to support one. There are many school leaders who have an ability level that falls somewhere in between. It is very important though that one as a new teacher work to establish a relationship with everyone in a school, and that start with the administrators. In many schools the principal is very involved in the hiring process. Being a team player is important to helping school dynamics and is a role must assume as start their career.
