ABSTRACT

Entrepreneurship as an activity, a field or a discipline has transitioned and is still transitioning. In most countries, whether developed or developing, the practice of Entrepreneurship has become of source of liberty and economic freedom. However, with an extremely rich array of initiatives and diversity of implementation, Entrepreneurship represents a novel challenge for consultants as it can be very paradoxical, follow both orthodox and unorthodox rules, and can often be very controversial. The combined value creation firm creation process is an extremely important component in Entrepreneurship as it embodies an all-important dialogue between the Entrepreneur and the emergence of the organization. Consultants can expect to be increasingly confronted with ethical issues in Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial endeavors, as well as developing assessment frameworks and evaluation protocols to help clients better screen for viable entrepreneurial opportunities.
