Grandpa said it well: “Better you should keep your mouth closed if you can’t say it right.” Talking isn’t the same as speaking, certainly not speaking professionally. That takes skill and practice. It takes even more skill to plan and write or ghostwrite a decent speech or article, or to coach your boss or client in how to effectively handle an interview.
