There are a limited number of irregular adjectives whose bases end in ය. When followed by a vowel such as in . . . 㞚㣪V㠊㣪, . . . (㦒)ච, . . . (㦒)㎎㣪 and . . . (㦒)Ⳋ, ය in the base is dropped as shown in the following examples.
