ABSTRACT
This chapter aims to shed light on the role of metaphors in ethics management. The present chapter provides an overview of how metaphors work and enter into the composition of the political science discipline in general and public administration in particular. We then explore the implications for public administration ethics on claims that metaphors can facilitate new ways of understanding.
